Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your children's feeding product purchases. Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of these products, please review this policy carefully.
1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts and accessories intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Used Items: Any product that has been used, shows signs of wear, or has been exposed to food.

Hygiene Items: Due to health and safety regulations, children's feeding products (bowls, spoons/forks, bibs) cannot be returned once opened or used .

Custom Orders: Personalized or special order items cannot be returned unless defective.

Final Sale Items: Products marked "Final Sale," "Clearance," "Open Box," or "As-Is."

Missing/Damaged Packaging: Items cannot be returned if original packaging is not intact.

Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.
3. Return Process

To Initiate: Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts.

Shipping & Costs: Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective. We recommend trackable, insured service.

Restocking Fee: A 10-15% restocking fee may apply.

Refunds: Issued within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
