1. Products & Orders

  • We sell children's feeding products including children's bowls, children's spoons and forks, and bibs.

  • All products are intended for children ages [specify age range, e.g., 0-3 years, 3-6 years, etc.].

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices anytime.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

  • We may refuse or cancel orders due to inventory, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. Safety Compliance – Children's Products
All our children's products comply with applicable U.S. safety standards:

A. CPSIA Requirements :

  • Lead Content: Substrates ≤100 ppm; surface coatings ≤90 ppm

  • Phthalates: DEHP, DBP, BBP, DINP, DIBP, DPENP, DHEXP, DCHP each ≤0.1%

  • Tracking Labels: Permanent labels with manufacturer, date/location of production, and batch/run number

  • Children's Product Certificate (CPC): All products are certified and accompanied by a CPC

B. ASTM F963 Requirements :

  • Smooth edges and surfaces (no sharp points or edges)

  • Secure attachment of components to prevent choking hazards

  • Structural integrity for intended use

C. Flammability Standards :

  • Textile Bibs: 16 CFR 1610 – Class 1 (normal flammability)

  • Vinyl Film Bibs: 16 CFR 1611 (if applicable)

D. FDA Food Contact Safety :

  • Bowls and utensils comply with FDA 21 CFR for food contact materials

  • BPA-free where applicable

3. Age Grading and Warnings

  • Products are labeled with appropriate age grading based on CPSC Age Determination Guidelines .

  • Products for children under 3 years are designed to not contain small parts .

  • Required warning labels are permanently affixed to products and/or packaging.

4. User Responsibilities & Safety

  • Adult supervision required at all times during use .

  • Inspect products regularly for damage. Discard and replace if cracked, broken, or worn.

  • For children's bowls: Check microwave and dishwasher safety before use. Some materials (e.g., stainless steel) are not microwave safe.

  • For bibs: Remove before sleeping. Keep away from open flames.

  • For utensils: Do not allow children to run or play with utensils in mouth.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site is our property and protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
