Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
1-3 business days. Orders after cut-off process next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx.

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

• Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on qualifying orders.

• Times: 5-10 business days (estimates, not guarantees).

4. Packaging
We take care in packaging:

• Bowls: Boxed with protective padding to prevent scratching and damage.

• Spoons/Forks: Sets are bundled and boxed or poly-bagged.

• Bibs: Folded and sealed in poly bags or boxes.

5. Delivery & Issues

• Tracking: Provided via email.

• Address Accuracy: Customer responsible for correct address.

• Inspection: Inspect package upon delivery.

• Missing Packages: If marked "delivered" but not received, check with neighbors/carrier first, then contact us.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Cancel/modify within 24 hours of placement. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
